Randal L. Nicholls is the president and CEO of Compass Advisors. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1982 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance. Randy began his career in the investment field in 1982 and has served as a vice president of marketing with a bank-owned regional brokerage firm, president of Nicholls and Associates and managing partner in Compass Financial Group. He is currently a registered principal and an investment advisory associate with LPL Financial of San Diego, California.
Randy and his wife Kelly are the parents of six children. His hobbies include racquetball, water skiing, writing poetry and gardening. He has been an active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and is currently a member of the Pacific Harbors Council Executive Board. Randy is active in his church having served as a lay leader for many years.
